Yep yep, I'll be downloading the manual patch as soon as it gets posted in 6-ish hours. No idea how long that will take, since just the regular client almost took me a whole day to download w/ really really slow speeds and disconnections.

Anywho. I will upload it asap and post the link here and let you guys know. =D

If anyone wants to find me in game, my main character is Misaka (from Ielsord / Blue). Though I might be on another character hunting for the Harpy Feathers to class change to fencer =P

is that something unique in hk or something they put in after i left ??
cuz i remember class change feathers are cash shop or event rewards . . .

Oh no, not the class change feather, I wish they dropped it ._. You can get those from Casino as well, but I have terrible luck and have never gotten anything good in the guessing big/small game or the roulette.

But yeah this Harpy Feather is a quest item for the Fencer quest... basically any class can change into Fencer with that quest. You have to either:
a) fight the harpies in the tutorial area (Mountain part of the tutorial) for 1 Harpy "Flight Feather?"
or
b) fight the harpies in the 3 star maps on the central island for 10 regular Harpy Feathers and then combine it together for 1 Harpy "Flight Feather"
or
c) buy it w/ orbs

I heard the drop rate is 1% for both a) and b), but there's only roughly 3 Harpy mobs in the tutorial area....so everyone will be crowding there during the peak hours. This might be the only time that I might say we have an advantage due to time zone difference and ppl will be sleeping =P

I'll probably write a more detail 'guide' about the Fencer class changing when I get to try it out and get some screenies in.

1% drop rate from the monsters.... its really hard and i need to wait until they recover my warrior that they deleted so i can start hunting......

I have both beanfun and FEZ installed but i keep getting this.
What should I do?

okay, press the button on the left side, and then a window should pop up, and then you can browse and find your FEZ folder, and select the FEZ client from the folder.

i just got the game down again (thx for the upload Gleipnir
updating on what i found:
1. u dont need beanfun to play, go to the folder and launch FEZero.exe works, they will ask u to log in after a few msgs; so i remember somebody spoke about old characters missing, that is why; the account you created with GASH is not linked with Beanfun (even if u added the same acc name in beanfun, im not sure if that will link ur acc, it sounds pretty pathetic though, too simple for a linking process
2. Gash added a paypal payment method, i will test it when i have time; if u login into GASH (u know www.gamania.com.hk > member page > login GASH), then u will find a paypal button on the left side
3. I will still be in RED, the guild is still up with a full list of inactives xD (dont wanna give up my warrior, i am now class changing my archer into fencer

Okay so I've messed around with Fencer for today and here's some short notes:

To class change to Fencer, talk to this NPC (see below) first, she is in the tutorial area.



Afterwards, you need to obtain 1 Harpy Flight Feather (Not Tradable)

Method A
Go to the Mountain part of the tutorial, there will be 3 Harpies and they drop the Harpy Flight Feather at 1% (I got it within 20 mins). If you go there at peak hours right now, there are so many ppl there camping the harpies / ks-ing.

Method B
Any other harpies that are not within the tutorial map will drop regular Harpy Feathers. You will need to collect 10 of them and then combine it together at the Capital (For Blue, the yellow soilder npc @ B2, beside a castle).
For Red, F6
For Green, E6
For Yellow, F3
For Purple, D6
(I am not 100% sure about these locations, I just took these off the fewiki site)

Takes around 30mins ~ 1 hour to get all 10 feathers

IMPORTANT NOTE: you can hunt the regular feathers with your higher level characters, and then transfer it to another character.

Method C
Buy it with Gash / Orb...

Afterwards, go back to the Fencer NPC with the Flight Feather. She will tell you to buy the newbie Fencer Sword. It will cost you 3 Rings, so make sure you have enough rings.

Talk to the guy to her right, select the first option and you should have the sword.
Talk to the Fencer npc again, select the first option and you will be a Fencer afterwards


General Notes:
There isn't much equipment for the Fencer right now... the level 16 weapon costs over 490 rings, which is pretty ridiculous for something that isn't even top damage. The def gear is pretty crap as well...

Since a lot of ppl are trying out Fencer right now, you will see 20~ish level 16~20 Fencers sitting at the crystal...so I would recommend playing Fencer some other time...

If anyone needs some regular Harpy Feathers, let me know, I have a few extras.
