When i open conquer it always give me this messege

The game cannot be started. The problem might be related to your version of Direct3D. It is suggested you reinstall the graphics driver. You can click 'OK' to run Direct X Diagnostics for details.

I've tried updating everything. No idea what to do. HELP~!
BTW my graphics card is SiS 650_740 8Mb but i think that is not a problem,i think the problem is direct3d thing.
what should i do!

i really want to play conquer on my pc!!

uh.. ur gc is to slow for starters and .. maybe ur gc is old or some thing? cuz they dont make 8mb ones any more. time gettin a whole new pc. or gc. no updates for such an old gc.
