Been wanting to see this ever since I saw the commercial for it.

I don't know why I never like movies like this, maybe there is subliminal messaging in the ad or something.

I won't throw a fit if I don't get to see it though.

This is totally one of my favorite books. I have talked about this with Shadowsworn before

I read it a long time ago, and I heard about the movie 3 years ago. I've been waiting every month since then for a release date, I was so excited when I finally saw a preview.

We are going opening night too. I can't wait!

oister dont you agree the book is indeed for more than just children? That it can and has been enjoyed by people of all ages and gives even the toughest people a scare?

Yeah man, for sure.

Anyone who is too cool to see this movie doesn't deserve to see it. The book was really cool, I love the cat the most :P

Edit: About the "emo" comment, it really is sad. I know just what you mean unfortunately. I loved NMBC as a kid, it was one of my favorite movies. Sure Hot Topic sold all the shirts and stuff around Christmas time, but that was cool! I was one of the only people to have it when I was in 7th/8th grade. It was still fun. Then Blink 182 made their ****ing sappy shitty love song about some crappy topic and all the crying whiny idiots started to buy all the stuff from the movie.

Every 13 year old across the country made Jack their personal mascot. Ugh, it made me ashamed of liking the movie almost, but then I remembered its just a fad, and I'll still like it in 10 years when they are sitting back wondering why they ever bought that shirt to begin with.
