Ok first thing's first: Kiss your dreams of a decent and proportional six pack goodbye if you listen to anything said in this thread (except Serix's link).

Second: Everyone saying that that guy is too skinny, bulk up, blahblahblah; well I'm sure he's tried. I'm sure that every time he's asking someone about packing on the pounds, they all say 'eat more'. I know because I used to be almost that skinny at 6'0". The truth of it is, being that skinny means you have a smaller stomache and can't eat AS MUCH as others, so it's harder to put on weight. My tip to you if you want to gain weight: EAT and EAT and EAT and then when you're so full you're about to burst: eat some more. Force yourself to the point of pain and vomitting, then go sit down and watch TV/movie/game/computer, anything that requires little movement. Do that for only a few days, then your stomache should get bigger gradually, then eventually you'll be eatting allot more and gaining weight allot faster. At first, most of it will be fat and I'm sure you'd rather have muscle, but, what I've learned is before you can see maximum results in the gym (while being skinny) is you first need the frame to transform into lean, hard muscle.

I know a fair bit about weight training, exercising and weight-gaining. The only person, on these forums, that I know I've helped is Cod4Sniper. As far as I know, he's still using the workout program I wrote up for him. So if you have doubts about what I'm saying, just ask him.
