Default Exercise tips?

Im 5'9 and 150lbs which is normal, but I want to gain some packs, So anyone got tips? I've been doin 30 min walks everyday and cadio exercise an hour for 4days a week. However my diet is lacking. D:?

Cardio isn't going to help you get 'packs'.

Try weights and sit ups, you know, upper body crap.

Try doing 10 min runs, and 5 mins walk for better cardio.
Situps and push ups seem to do the trick mainly.

Also flexibility.

I do 40 crunches and 40 situps a day, and on some days 80 situps and 40 crunches, I try to work in weight but theres no weight to lift around here, Would pushups do? As for flexibility, I have the flexibility of a ****ing cheerleader for a dude.

Just keep doing it every day, it's not gonna come quick.

i know a few ppl that do extreme workouts for extreme results asap though it can be hazardous if your cautious it can cause extreme results asap......instead of doing 40 crunches and 40 situps a day do about 40 crunches wait 5 mins...do 40 situps...wait 5 mins....do 40 crunches again...wait about 5-10 mins...do 40 situps...wait 5 mins...do 40 crunches...keep going in that pattern for about half hour-hour...take moderate breaks as you see necesarry

Well first hit yourself in the stomach while flexed about 500 times. If you are not bent over throwing up or bleeding, then your doing it wrong.

If you do this, I promise you will see minimal results. Do NOT listen to what WiseGuy said. Sorry WG, nothing personal but that's such a bad plan.

I'll give you my advice once you tell me what you want.

Dude, you are skinny. Need to eat more gain some mass + weight training, run less.
