Im 5'9 and 150lbs which is normal, but I want to gain some packs, So anyone got tips? I've been doin 30 min walks everyday and cadio exercise an hour for 4days a week. However my diet is lacking. D:?

I do 40 crunches and 40 situps a day, and on some days 80 situps and 40 crunches, I try to work in weight but theres no weight to lift around here, Would pushups do? As for flexibility, I have the flexibility of a ****ing cheerleader for a dude.

i know a few ppl that do extreme workouts for extreme results asap though it can be hazardous if your cautious it can cause extreme results asap......instead of doing 40 crunches and 40 situps a day do about 40 crunches wait 5 mins...do 40 situps...wait 5 mins....do 40 crunches again...wait about 5-10 mins...do 40 situps...wait 5 mins...do 40 crunches...keep going in that pattern for about half hour-hour...take moderate breaks as you see necesarry
