This seems like something what would only be true in a cartoon or some crazy story.

VERY interesting! But could it be true?

It is very possible, especially if she was raised by dogs at a young age. The human mind is very open to any form of socialization at a young age. We as humans are socialized by our parents to be human, by teaching us the basics of being human (walk, speak, read, etc.). So if she's been raised by dogs from a young age, she will be socialized to be a dog, acting, walking and thinking as if she really was a dog. To put it simply, each and every human are subject to socialization at a young age (specifically ages 2 or 3 to age 6), whether it be from their parents or wild animals.

Kinda reminds me of Romulus and Remus, who were raised by a wolf.

Sad fate. Sad, sad fate.
Would definitely find experience of having the POV and train of thought of a dog to be interesting, but would not want it forever.
