thing it's, WoW was always a PvE game with a little PvP on the side to make things more enjoyable, it was thanks to the "pvp crybabies" and blizzards idiocy that arenas were implemented, and thus, the PvP aspect that was AWESOME in Battlegrounds and open world became mediocre and a place where bunch of people come to bash on their non-existant e-peens

and thing it's, Arena it's failing, people just don't like it anymore, and blizzard just doesn't listen, they just want to shove up their stupid "competitive" mini game trying to make it into the e-sports just like starcraft did, which it's impossible in a game that was never balanced in the first place

I was happy with battlegrounds and open world pvp, the gates of An qiraj were awesome, massive groups of players fighting each other, questing and raiding against open world bosses, heck, the first day of the opening of the dark portal was incredible, then BC with it's arena system came and everything revolved and it's still revolving around them

Kalgan, the one dev who envisioned this project, was the same guy that destroyed games like UO, why blizzard still have this guy working for them baffles me, I guess a bunch of people just like stroking their e-peens and fighting for Welfare epic items

this video pretty much sums up my feelings of what PvP in wow was, and heck, those were the golden days

same crap was said about other aspects years ago...and its the game is still kicking strong.
