Default Me playing Knockin On Heavens Door on Ukulele

YouTube Video

Couldn't resist. I built that uke about a year ago, decided to tune it up today and give it a go. Looked up how to play G, D, and Am and thought it was silly enough to record. It's a little flat; the tuners aren't very good.

Sorry about the crappy quality. It was filmed on my Blackberry. The giant thing to the left is my jeans that I leaned the phone against.

Yeah, I said it was flat. It's not THAT off. About half a step.

It could be. I'll go buy a $15 pickup at Radio Shack. Throw some distortion on that *****.

That was pretty aight. Not the greatest sound, but it works. Now play the huge Hawaiian dude's version of Over the Rainbow. And then go into an improvised outro solo with the $15 pickup.

Isn't it G, D, and then C?

Everyone else plays it with an Am. C might work, would be a bit off. It's Am.
