I was attempting mines at 22%, so I said at the bottom 200-300million.

It's not a ultra rare drop, its a limited-time event. You should've recieved a mail in your mailbox to get it. Check it and open it to get it. All of them will be removed by the 2nd of April, I believe. Regardless if you have used it or not.

well..about the ultra rare ..there's 2 way to get it ..
1st ..if u're lucky enough ..u'll get from the mobs
2nd ..from forging weapon ..via npc
...i never get them ..not even once =.=;;

Hm, it seems like double enchant is out, i saw quite a few ppl with double enchant stats and glow

Edit: Another question, i'm lv 29 and getting pwned at lv 25 dungeon. I saw a lv 25 sword knight could tank. And the mobs dmg me about 4k each. How to increase my def?!?!?! and hp?!!?

the best way to recover HP is just like in Grand Chase:

Don't get hit. This isn't a game where you can just stand in one spot and get beat on by monsters, then you just HP potion and go on your merry way.

and...where do you people usually hang out? It gets boring soloing.
