Wouldn't your line up be unbalanced if you have the sword as your main and have three more tankers in the front row. You would have 4 tank characters, not much space for offense, support and anti support. I want my lineup to be balanced on defense, offense, support and counter support. Its hard to choose mercenaries because you only have to get 8 but it's good that there is a merc switch option during battle. However that option only makes it more complicated. It's like tekken tag hehehe.

currently, i am using the musician as my main. why? because it is new and i was quite intrigued on how it could function as a warrior. anyway, in real-life i am also a musician that's also why i chose this character. so far im at level 44 and i am having no problem for the long run but i noticed that it inflicts pretty less damage compared to any of the mercenaries or jobs that are available in game. i would give you an update on how my musician works.
my line up at the moment is:sword - viking - sword - archer - musician (main) - monk - shaman i am planning to get a BT and a witch in the near future.
