I was wondering when I do change jobs will stats reset and also when will I be able to get a car or something walking around every where is a pain.

Stats will reset if you talk to a person in Zant. I don't know when/how to get a car.

Talk to Warren or Cornell in Zant. One is a job change and the other resets stats up until level 30.

Cart quest is at level 50 and it usually takes 30-60 mins to finish.

rose online global server? i onced played rose on other server but then closed,.. dont know why.. maybe epic fail.. ~_~

Or, perhaps you are doing everything fine and the game just levels more slowly than you would like.
