multiplayer RTS thats persistant?

i want to know of a persistant RTS (normal commercial RTS with multiplayer option)(persistant means u dont have to restart what u built and there are no map restarts or games hosted by players and if there are its like diablo 2 where u keep all your stuff)(i also dont want to restart everything if my main base is destroyed)

also if u can tell me if its abandonware or has a free full download somewhere pls do post a link!

I can already tell you would love Planetside. Too bad its p2p.

planetside is a RTS? i thaught it was an fps.

Shattered Galaxy, but its multiplayer only. and u dont collect recources or build suff...... check the site out for more info www.sgalaxy.com

My bad. Confused RTS with FPS. Yep shattered g is what your'e looking for. Its pretty fun if you know what jur doing.

i played it. i played alot of MMORTS games and none are good. but are there any regular single player RTSs' that have a multiplayer option that is persistant? i want somthing like how WoW is persistant but in in RTS

I never tried it, I don't even know if its out yet or if it's free. But it's the only MMORTS I've really seen.

im not really looking for an MMORTS as i have played almost ALL of them and they all suck including ballerium but thx anyway

. im looking for one thats single player but with persistant multiplay. somthing like the total war series or C&C series.
