i used: Sony Vegas pro 8 , paint , a bit of photosop and some other stuff)

Oh yea! and anime is - Welcome to NHK )) pretty good one

Despite the few grammatical errors, I have to say: you did an amazing job! I really enjoy it... randomness and all <3.

there's 2 ways to do that,

[recommended for simplicity] Layer Order - simply the layer on top is ur foreground and the layer on the bottom will be your background

Masking - not sure how to explain, but this is more advanced and can do more tricks then simply layer order.. u can always google tutorials on masking
