if i click it it uses firefox as browser, but if i go to the website with internet explorer would it work to then?

alot of people hang out in Server 2 channel 9 Town 1. You cant eneter the town by going to the stairs in the south west of the village.

i'm using my ps3 controller to play now but is there now way to change the controls because it's not very easy?
