Lol, ok at the phone part , don't put anything on the first line(cell phone line) and just put some random number on the second phone number line(home phone?) and change the 2 numbers next to it , i think they start out as 02?, but change to anything else, But thats what i did anyways, hope this helps!

Yeah. Made another one. Skip the first phone column, don't click the verify button beside it. Change the 02 in the second column to 051 and enter random numbers. Fill in the rest.
