I looked this up on latale I either didn't find anything that answer my question or I didn't know wtf they were talking about. Anywayz I want to know a dagger skill build like what should I put points into I already maxed out the two first skills. Also what should I put for Misc skills.

What level are you first of all ?
Have you gone into the masteries?
& for miscs , if you want to make money, go into the Millionaire Dream tree or something like that.
If you're gonna be pvping a lot go into the Evasion tree.
Don't touch the other tree on the right.

Get both attack skill sets (Get Dark Dagger but not the other 4th tier skill), all masteries and work toward tiger claw. You make enough money in that game from quests and drops to make the ely/itemdrop skills a waste of SP, especially if you are going for damage.
