what are the pvp options? and since there is going o be a long grind, is there low level pvp?

You can pvp starting at level 15.
You can go to the arena outside of Saint Morning and do 1v1 duels. Or go to the main arena where every can fight anyone.

No rules, just fight in the main arena.
