Nope. Safe mode doesn't work nor does any of the other modes. ._. It heres how it goes..
1.Starts computer.

ell loading screen
3:CHoose a mode.
4: I Choose Normal
5:It goes to windows xp loading screen
6:It goes back to dell loading screen then repeats the same process as 1-5.
If I choose any of the safe modes it loads all these drivers but doesn't show the Windows loading screen instead it automaticlly goes back to the dell loading screen.
