Hej people don`t actually know if I might talk about problems here but I`l try

At 13th Quest he says that I have to build Barracks on level 1 but my Barracks al already at level 3

had someone else the same problem and if you know how to solve it say it plz

PS.
It`s not importent anymore don`t know what I did but it`s good now he now further with quest`s

I think I've had this problem before (I've completed all the quests).

Try clicking on Barracks in the View mode, and below the Barracks' avatar you'll see "Go To Barracks". Hopefully, when you talk to the quest advisor there should be the "Next Quest" button.
If not, clear your cookies and level it to 4. Then, check the guy again.

If your poor just wait a day or something and follow ths guys (advisors) quests and level up your resoures to a higher level mine are now at 15 and don`t have the prob to often but if my resouces are almost gone I just wait a day and they are back
Ps. Don`t forget to upgrade storages when the resources are higher.

Laggy? hmmm it`s a text based game so I think it`s only your internet connection or your cookies so try first to delet them al

If it doesn`t work then it`s your internet connection than you have to get faster one but i`m not sure so you should ask someone if he can check how fast your internet is than you wil know if it`s your internet but if it isn`t it than maybe it`s your virus-scaner don`t know for sure

I need more info to know what it is
