Oister. Everything you haved said is invalid since you are so biased towards the police. Honestly, I know people disrespect the law, but you would most likely be dead by now without them. You sit at home and ***** at them while brave men and women actually die trying to make it so you don't have to witness what they see. You have NO IDEA what it is like to become a cop, and I am almost positave you could never become one if you even wanted to.

Gee, that does sound like an impossibly hard program to get into.

if the guy was struggling or trying to resist (even with a broken back though i dont know how thats possible) then i can understand one or two... but seriously nineteen times? even if it was only ten times or five times thats still way too much. the heck were they thinking?

also, one other thing... about police being assholes. obviously all police officers arent, but i can see it being very easy to get institutionalised, especially if you get kids and other assholes ripping the sh*t out of you constantly.

bottom line is though that police are people, and people are mostly nice. so yeah.
