You get your anima at level 10. Basically the quest is like this. You'll go to NPC, that has the quest. They put a flower in your Quest Inventory (the 2nd tab on Inventory screen). Go to the spot marked by quest on map. Either drag the flower to your hot bar, or use it from Quest Inventory tab once you get to the spot. You'll be warped to the area where you pick her up. After you get in there just walk to the water, cutscene will trigger. When it's over, congrats you now have your Anima.
