Dont really know how to fix it though...I downloaded the zip file 3 times and none worked
If they would give us the password to the zip so I could manually extract them then it would be a lot easier

I've got the same problem! 2 Days updating now, that's just impossible.
Can someone help us pls

It says you cant update/patch.

Download the manual patch from :

http://aion.sdo.com/project/index/index.htm

the 51.4MB file, somewhere in the middle of the page.

Ok thx i'm downloading, when i finish i have to start the game with the launcher?

install the update first, then start the game with launcher. the big button at the bottom right. it will update again with some small files, takes around 20seconds. then press the big button again to start.

The problem I got when installing was that when they game patched it created it's own folder.

To fix this I transfered all the data from the installed folder into the new patch folder.

i used the setup, and copy the files, but if i try to launch the launcher it say the same error, anyone can help me?

what files u copied ? I never had to copy any files. I downloaded the patch onto my desktop, and run it from there. it will auto patch your client, no need to move any files around

i installed the game in another folder, so when i run the exe the file doesnt go in the same folder, and i copy and paste them, but if i run the launcher i got the same problem

Hmn, very confusing

Just create a new folder call Aion and lump everything inside. Then double click the .exe file, no need to unzip anything. the .exe file will install everything from the zip files.
