I been levelling this mage now level 7 just getting comfortable about it too!

better give it a go them,
as my other mage was lvl 10 changing. 3 quests to do!

so what is the exact deal with the time limit thing. Is it 4-5hours every 24 hours, or how else is it calculated?

Its 4-5 hours, then you have to wait 4-5 hours, then you can play again.

you can change servers and still play another character
also only 3 character can be made for each launcher server
1 only per login server.

What server is the mass majority playing in? I randomly selected the launching server and randomly selected the login server. Lol.

I have characters scattered all over, too, lol

After more *cough* testing *cough* I've found that's it's not 100%, but it is damn close. I've found like two NPC's on Asmo side that had Korean text. Not that it was a big deal. Neither were Quest givers. The korean text was just the button for the storage guy in first town you come to after starting. Forgot where other NPC was. He was also a merchant though.

The patch definitely rocks though. If the cutscenes were in english when I did my wings quest.
