try downloading the 9.0c patch i guess. Then try running it. You wont be missing much even if u skip this OB, trust me.

i did that and im still getting the error. well at least i tried.

im using dx10, it's working fine

, i think u need reinstall dx.

you should be able to run both dx10 and 9 with vista as that's what i did and is doing with W7

Hey This game is nicely done, I love it,
The questing is excellent. easy and straight forward.
you either read it or dwelve straight into them.
As soon as you get to level 10 your in wings
you can display them and they also pop out when you jump so use them going down hills and paths.
flight is a must to master, if you fail you die with great falls

I did my first time!
I flew high up to the top, like a tool, and saw I was running out of flight time
I tried frantically to get to the ground, I met it with force! lol
I played a few different skilltraits,
The mage/sorcerer was more fun for me!
i want to see what the other class from the mage is like. somekind of summoner type, maybe do that one today.
I have a char 3 levels away form 10, the class quest is really easy.

looking at that they say a new update on 16th, which will form p2p
they may still leave the version we are in for f2p. not to sure but it seems that way.

Hey I get this error after the game starts to load, has anyone seen this before? Any help would be appreciative in solving this

Try reading the quest details...or maybe you shouldn't if you're gonna buy it when it comes round here. If you do read it, it becomes alloy better.

Yeah, I guess it is a litte grindy, but I can't feel it

Loving it so far, but trying to to play too much, so I can enjoy it better in the EU version.

I just downloaded, installed and updated this... got the English file in no problem.

I managed to get up to the login screen and it told me my account info was wrong. I followed the link from the beginning of the thread, and read the rest of the thread to see if this was addressed and I don't think it has.

So, I accidentally uninstalled it and am reinstalling it now. Anyway, do I need to choose the 5th server to get in, or what?
