If you google there is a directx uninstall somewhere. also my directx is 9.0c but as your using vista I haven't tried it on my vista.
I have option in my bootloader for vista,xp pro and linux
maybe you should look into doing that as well lateron,
its a good idea to have all systems. If your able too.
If I were you I'd just download the right one for your system. Look here this may help you.

They put on new servers too! all maxed out! ;(

Could anyone add CHS.pak.4 from L10N directory? Cause I can't update. Every time it stops update when comes to this file downloading. I used manual patch, didn't helped. Oh I played one time, but now I can't start cause this problem.

Hello all, new member here.

Can someone confirm something for me. My toon reacts to what I type in the chat window, When I type "hahaha" my toon will do a laugh emotion, "NO" and he will wave off someone, Say hi to a friend he will wave to my friends toon.

Also a few thing that might be already posted: You can link items in your inventory to the chat box and also link your location on the map via the chat box. "Open your map, open chat box, then Ctrl-right click location (i think it's ctrl). This can also be used to search for an item in AH (note the text box in the top of the AH window, type the name of the item or just Alt-click the item in your inventory and the name will be typed for you, then just click the button next to the text.
