The year is 2016 and much of the world has devastated by two medium sized meteors... The planet is slowly dying... The meteors were made of some kind of crystal that is continually sending out massive E.M.P.'s, which makes most our modern technology unoperational, but there is something even stranger about these meteors, it seems that the radiation from the meteors has sped up human evolution drastically. Many humans have discovered certain "improvements" in their physical and mental ability is the past few months. Many have reported that they have been able to go from one country to an entirely different country in seconds with nothing, but a single thought. others have reported that they have been able to control the elements. These newly found powers have awakened something within them... "Greed"... mass killings have been reported all around the world, Russia, united states, and France have had the worst of it... less than half of their original population still exists and all that is left is the strongest of them...

Rules:
1. no over the top killings, like killing someone in a single turn...
2. you must start out with only a basic understanding of how to use your power, gradually you will be able to become much stronger.
3. you can only start out with "ONE" power, as you start playing you will be able to develop others.
4. you can not use the opposite of a certain power, for example: if you have pyrokenetic powers you can not develop hydrokenetic powers. another example: powers like healing and teleportation are neutrals so they can be developed by anyone.

-There is only 3 known places that can be called safe havens or sanctuary:
1. a south African settlement known as "Souls Forgiven". the only well known place where freedom of religion is still alive.
2. A lost city in a remote area of green land called " Frozen Time" this is a place for those who do not wish to fight. This is also a place for travelers who need information on certain individuals.
3. An underground city located in Newyork City, U.S.A. called "Broken Dreams" This is a place where those in the middle of the war can go to rest and heal themselves in without worry it is also a good place to find the latest weapons and gear.

( you are not required to use a weapon if you don't feel you need one, also let me know if your want to use a weapon that is not on this list and I will let you know if it is acceptable.)

Abilities:
Telepathy-temporary mind control/mind reading.
Telekenesis- ability to move objects with mind power.
Teleportation- moving from one place to another with mind power.
pre/post cognative- ability to so future/past in some vague form temporarily.
Time control- slow down time temporarily.
Pyrokenesis- controlling fire with mind power.(unable to use water abilities)
hydrokenesis-controlling water with mind power.(unable to use fire abilities)
Wind control- controlling wind with mind power.(unable to use earth abilities)
GaiaKenesis(lol)- controlling earth with mind power.(unable to use wind abilities)
Healing- healing yourself or others with mind power. (limitations)
Flight- flying using mind power. ( not a wind ability)
Farsight- ability to see far distances with your minds eye.
field shielding- being able to shield a certain area from an attack.( limitations)
Weapon enhancing- ability to enhance your weapons strength and preformance with mind power.
shape shifting- ability to change your shape at will whether it be human or animal or object. (limitations)

BIO:As soon as Felix became age 18 he enlisted in the Usa Marines He went under training from Colonel (Its Cernal's correct spelling >.<) Jack O'Neil. Jack had a special hate for Felix attitude so well Jack put Felix through hell for plenty of years even after Felix was no longer required to train Jack still love to make him train. Jack died in a mission later on and It effected Felix greatly even tho the guy was always an ***. For several years he couldn't forget why Jack made him go through all the training so when hell brakes loose he will be able to survive. When the meteors hit Earth Felix was in a military facility 50 feet underground so he didn't get much of the initial blast effect but it was still deadly since the building was collapsing for some magical reason (:P) Since the elevator didn't work and it was the only way out Felix Felix the genius that he was put c4 in the elevator and blew it He wasn't on the VERY bottom floor so it would be able let him get out. Since there was no ladder in the facility elevator for security reasons Felix has to climb on the burnt wire that was holding the elevator he had carry his weight up 50 feet with no brake and Felix was able do it but the others who tried weren't so lucky Felix thanked Jack when got up to the first floor for the hell he was put through. The building up top was about to brake Felix ran like hell but ultimately failed and the building fell on him. (hour later from when it fell) Felix was alive and crying out in pain there was a huge brick on top of Felix he saw the destroyed world and the rubble everywhere. Felix Natural Nature and his training with Jack pushed him to survive he Push the brick off him long enough to slip out. Felix first thought when he escaped from the hell was to get home his mother home to make sure everything was ok. Felix was there the second he thought of it. He didn't know how or why but Felix didn't care he ran the the burnt rubble that was his mother home and cried for hours. To this day Felix's location and skills are unknown.

(Guns don't need electric power so im not making a gay gun the runs out juice when its night :P

Appearance: 6'2, Muscular but slightly skinny, Long brown coat and Fully tinted black sunglasses.

Power: Time Control

Weapon: None.

Fighting Style: Hand To Hand Hard Jabs.

BIO: Eladon was Training in his usual manner in his personal gym under his house when he suddenly jab his punching bag, but the strange thing was, it glided slowly away. Eladon jumped in the air and kicked it, which launched it even further up, but it only moved slightly faster. Suddenly the bag flew down, but Eladon manged to spin kick it before it hit him. Eladon smiled and went out into his street, within minutes a hobo tried to mug him, this was becoming increasingly often in his neighbourhood. Eladon watched as the man threw a punch at him, but it flew so slowly. Eladon grabbed his hand mid-air and snapped the mans wrist back. It took almost 15 seconds for the mans facial expression to change. Eladon laughed and did a backflip, kicking the man in the face with both feet at the same time. Eladon walked away and returned to his home with joy in his eyes, This was his key to the city.

Power: The power of Rage. Seriously. When experiencing what Nandayu despises most, his strength increases, turning his eyes blood red. His strength increases, likewise his speed, as he becomes faster than a jaguar, and stronger than ten oxen.

Weapon: As the picture appears, three swords. Of course, he can only use two at a time.

Martial Art: Muay Thai w/o Swords. Three Blade Style with swords.

BIO: Not much is known about Nandayu. In fact, nothing is known about Nandayu. Many years ago, Nandayu erased everything about his former life from his mind willingly. His birth parents, any childhood friends, or bonds, or even lovelife that he may have had in the past. It's all gone now. Nandayu isn't even his real name, but that, he has forgotten as well. He does not want to seek his past either. Even though the world is in a perilous age, it seems as if Nandayu is being pulled into this. Call him, an Acidental Hero.

Appearance: ((Look at Profile picture)) Black crop top with straps around neck. Black arm-warmers reaching up to her elbows. Short leather black or blue jean shorts. high boots with belts. Long flowing hair that is so fair blonde it is white. Amber colored eyes that may turn to slits.
Power:Shapeshifting
Weapon: A revolver which she always has handy bullets for and has nearly perfect aim every time ((and if i can have another weapon)) a sword that resembles a katana but smaller and slightly different looking.
Martial arts;Tae Kwon Do, and a few random bits and pieces of others (( ))
BIO: Her past is slightly fuzzy. When she was a young girl, her parents were taken and lost from her. She still doesn't know to this day whether her parents are alive or where they are. She learned how to defend herself through the hard times being a defenseless little girl. An agency hired her to become an assassin knowing she had no other choices. She accepted feeling lost, and has raced through the ranks. She is now one of the most famous assassins but no one knows her face.

PERSONALITY: Cold; Lyon often has the appearance of a tiger ready to pounce in public, and in combat, his personality is like a watchful bird scrutinizing his prey(s). Of course, both of these are a front by Lyon, since he really can be poised and civilized if he tried; Lyon merely acts the way he does for "fun" (AKA he really likes fooling people and enjoys playing "games".).

APPEARANCE:
Bright blue eyes that seem to glow in an eerie manner, especially in the dark. However, it has allowed his ability of sight to be that of a hawk's, good for when he is in flight. Still, Lyon only uses them in dire situations, closing them off with a black blindfold that matches his sleeveless shirt and baggy shorts that close in a few inches from his knees. White bandages soiled from training and incidents in his life line his arms and legs, cut off only by black fingerless gloves and black running sneakers.
His general appearance is quite lanky, though he does have signs of muscles and a fit body. His posture is the only downfall of his appearance in public, often crouched and allowing his sandy brown hair to fall in disarray around his hidden eyes. Of course, this is just misleading; in combat, Lyon's posture is almost like that of a gentleman's, allowing his movement to be lithe and dangerous.

Power: Flight

WEAPON: Kusari gama-
A black sickle with the curved blade being longer and sharper than most traditional ones. A thick black chain with a remotely heavy weight at the end dangles from the smooth, painted black surface of the wood base of the sickle.

Martial Art: Ninjitsu

BIO: Lyon's name was taken from France's second largest city, Lyon, and an ad about a group of motorcycle racers called "Freeriders". His true name is really Francis Landseer, a name he despises with a passion. He got the idea for his first name when his parents had to head to France for important "business" involving the incident with the two meteors. At the time, Lyon was 16 and not even his parents were fully aware of the situation. However, when word finally got out about the possible destruction of the world, France being one of the main locations for disaster, Lyone took it upon himself to flee from his parents.
Unfortunately, such an idea was not wise. Lost and most of his cash stolen from him by brutal thugs, Lyon wondered the chaotic streets of France until the incident of the meteor occured. Luck had arrived before him when a few cowardly business men discovered that he was the lost son of one of their clients. They sheltered him in a base that was nearly destroyed along with the city he was in, supported only by a few platforms. When the worse was over, Lyon was told his parents died (they really ran off somewhere secluded) and they were seeking advise from him as the future owner of their business.
Of course, Lyon turned them down. He had discovered that his parents had an investment in a project to shelter important people only and leave the rest to possibly die in smaller shelters. Lyon also learned that they had shared in shady businesses to gain their money, using their intellect and power to force their way into government affairs and alert the people they worked with. It angered Lyon that not only did the government try to cover the fact that they knew about the meteors for a more than two years (which was when his parents decided to act), but Lyon could not believe his parents selfishly abandoned "commoners" in such a way. It had been a good decision to leave, for when people were able to protest, the company his parents had been involved in was marked and those involved were sentenced for death.
Lyon made sure to have no trace of elegance left when he fleed yet again. By the time he discovered his powers, Lyon seemed like he had rose from poverty. However, he had trained his body in the art of ninjutsu as a "hobby" when he lived with his parents, and used most of what he learned on those that threatened to kill him. He then found a few people who clung to the beliefs of ninjas and improved his skills in ninjutsu under them. They gave him the cloths he wears today, as well as his weapon of choice.
