Thanks, knwo of any lower quality ones? I have a epic gaming PC but I like the nestalgic feeling of playing something isometric.

fairyland is turn based and is free. sounds like a fruity game, but its pretty fun. theres classes like fighter, healer, martial artist, mage, beast tamer, ect. and every gets a starter pet and you can buy other pets from people who play as beast tamers. or catch them yourself. the only thing i dont like about it is, its impossible to find teams and most people run multiple accounts for minning and harvesting materials and such.

but the turn based/random encounter combat is awesome.

http://www.shiftup.net/flash/sim/index.html actually looks pretty cool. More or less like that. Bigger, mmo the usual. fairyland also sound fun ill try it! Thanks guys.

Heh. It was so easy to find "good" turn based strategies before Atlantica redefined the genre. Now people are picky
