Well, seeing there isnt much Jesters/rangers info around I figure I'd post some info on the stats and what they do.
EDIT NOTES: Rewrote some stuff that didn't make sense Added skills, thank you www.flyffworld.com for helping me with skills and descriptions. ^^ Stat descriptions. ~~~~~~~~~~~ STR- Upgrades damage done with yoyos. DEX- upgrades attack rate, dodge, and attack speed for all weapons. Upgrades damage done with bows. STA- Used for more HP and def, along with FP. Yoyos use FP and spell damage for most yoyo spells are based of STA INT- Used for more MP and magic attack. Bows use MP. (im not quite sure, if a ranger could check on this, but I'm pretty sure it upgrades spell damage for bows) So With that stat information, I have made a few builds. ~~~~~~~~ Jester ~~~~~~~~ Jester is the YoYo type acrobat. I have 2 builds. High STR and Medium DEX for regular attacking and not skill spamming, what I would add is 2/4 STR 1/4 DEX 1/4 STA 0/4 INT This build above will help make your yoyo attacks stronger and hit more often, as well as some hp and def. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I also have the no dex skill spamming build, this build will make you skill spam a lot as regular attacks will be weak and miss a lot. 1/4 OR 0/4 STR 0/4 DEX 3/4 OR 4/4 STA 0/4 INT The build above is purely for skill spamming, STA for high FP so less pots, as well as an added bonus of HP and Def. STR is a maybe, I would go 0/4 STR so I would spam more, but some STR would be good to just kill the mob when it has 1% hp left with a normal attack, then again the chioce is totally yours. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Ranger ~~~~~~~~~~~ The Bow alternative to the acrobat. I have 3 builds for this one. The Pure dex build 0/4 STR 4/4 DEX 0/4 STA 0/4 INT This build above will increase the dodge rate criticle rate and damage of your character with bows. Though you may do more and miss less, you have lower Def and HP. I have an High dex medium STA build for people who prefer some more def over their attack 0/4 STR 3/4 DEX 1/4 STA 0/4 INT This build above will keep your dodge attk rate and speed+dmg moderately high, though not as much as pure dex, but will give you more HP and def. Last I have the dex/sta/int build for skill spammers. 0/4 STR 2/4 DEX 1/4 STA 1/4 INT This will give you some MP for skill spamming(and I'm not sure but maybe more spell dmg) as well as some def and regular attack dmg ups and attk rates. though you can go 2/4 DEX 0/4 STA and 2/4 INT if you want more mp but I dont recommend any INT at all. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- or you guys can just use the stat descriptions and make a build to your liking. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Skills `~~ Acrobat Skills ~~~~~~~~~ Pulling Pulls the enemy towards you using a yoyo. The higher the level, the closer the enemy is pulled. Has a 10-second cooldown Chr-Lv 15 Mastered at, 20 Fast Walker Increases movement speed for a short duration. Grants +12 MSPD at level 1 and raises by +2 MSPD every level for a total of +50 MSPD when maxed. 20 second cooldown Pulling Lv4, Chr-Lv 18 Mastered at, 20 Dark Illusion Becomes invisible for a very short duration (4 seconds at level 1 and increases to 14 seconds at level 20) Fast Walker Lv6, Chr-Lv 30 Mastered at, 20 Perfect Block Increases blocking rate. Grants +1 block rate each level for a total of +20 block at level 20 Dark Illusion Lv8, Chr-Lv 45 Mastered at, 20 Slow Step Slows down your enemy for a certain duration using yoyo. -2% MSPD each level. Success rate is 32% at level 1 and increase by 2% each level. 70% chance of -40% MSPD at level 20 Chr-Lv 15 Mastered at, 20 Yoyo Mastery Increases yoyo damage by +2 ATK each level for a maximum of +40 ATK when maxed Slow Step Lv3, Chr-Lv 20 Mastered at, 20 Crossline Yoyo skill that has a chance to stun target for 6 seconds. Stun chance increases by 2% each level for a maximum of 20% when maxed Yoyo Mastery Lv4, Chr-Lv 30 Mastered at, 20 Snitch Backstabs with yoyo while in the state of Dark Illusion to inflict surprise damage Yoyo Mastery Lv8, Chr-Lv 35 Mastered at, 20 Counter Attack Avoids an enemy attack and strikes back with yoyo attack. Counter effect lasts for 6 seconds. Crossline Lv10, Chr-Lv 40 Mastered at, 20 Deadly Swing Targets enemy's vital organs to cause bleeding. 10% success at level 1 and increases by 2% each level for a max of 48% success at level 20 Snitch Lv10, Chr-Lv 50 Mastered at, 20 Junk Arrow Hits enemy four times using bow. This skill misses a lot until leveled to 20 wherein it only misses 30% of the time. Chr-Lv 15 Mastered at, 20 Bow Mastery Increases bow damage by +1 ATK each level for a maximum of +20 ATK when maxed Junk Arrow Lv5, Chr-Lv 20 Mastered at, 20 Silent Shot Backstabs using bow while in the state of Dark Illusion to inflict surprise damage Bow Mastery Lv4, Chr-Lv 30 Mastered at, 20 Aimed Shot Aims arrow to the enemy for a chance to inflict double damage. 20% success at level 1 and 60% success at level 20 Bow Mastery Lv5, Chr-Lv 35 Mastered at, 20 Automatic Shot Inflicts darkness effect on target when successful. Success rate increases by 1% every two levels until level 19. It doubles to 20% success when maxed Silent Shot Lv9, Chr-Lv 45 Mastered at, 20 Arrow Rain Launches a bunch of arrows to the sky and lands on sorrounding targets below inflicting damage over time effect. Level 1-7 lasts 2 seconds, 7-14 lasts 4 seconds and 14+ lasts 6 seconds. Cooldown of 10 seconds Aimed Shot Lv10, Chr-Lv 50 Mastered at, 20 Jester Skills ~~~~~~~~ Enchant Poison Imbues deadly fluid into your weapon, giving it a chance to inflict poison. Poison effect increases by 2% per level and adds +60 bonus damage when maxed. Cooldown: 5 seconds Deadly Swing Lv4, Chr-Lv 60 Mastered at, 10 Enchant Blood Sharpens the curves of your yoyo to cut through your target's skin, making them bleed. Bleed effect increases by 2% per level. +50 bonus damage when maxed. Cooldown: 5 seconds Chr-Lv 60 Mastered at, 10 Escape Primary Jester attack skill Perfect Block Lv6, Chr-Lv 60 Mastered at, 10 Critical Swing Increases the critical hit ratio of yoyo weapons for a short duration. Adds critical ratio +1 each level for a maximum of +10 when maxed Enchant Poison Lv3, Chr-Lv 65 Mastered at, 10 Back Step Yoyo attack skill that has a probability to stun the target. Stuns 65% of the time at level 10. Cooldown of 5 seconds Enchant Blood Lv3, Chr-Lv 70 Mastered at, 10 Enchant Absorb Enchants your yoyo to absorb HP from your opponent. +40 absorption and +20 attack power when maxed Escape Lv3, Chr-Lv 70 Mastered at, 10 Vital Stab I don't know what this does. Critical Swing Lv4, Back Step Lv7, Chr-Lv 80 Mastered at, 10 Hit of Penya Uses money to inflict damage to a target, damage based on money used. Enchant Absorb Lv4, Chr-Lv 75 Mastered at, 10 Ranger Skills ~~~~~~~~ Ice Arrow Enchants arrow with the ice property, slowing enemies that get hit. -2% MSPD each level with a success chance of 58% when maxed. Has a 3-second cooldown Automatic Shot Lv4, Chr-Lv 60 Mastered at, 10 Fire Arrow The tip of your arrow ignites to flames, dealing fire property damage to your enemies. Has a 4-second cooldown Chr-Lv 60 Mastered at, 10 Poison Arrow Arrow is enchanted with the poison property and can inflict the poison status to target. 48% success and 18 seconds damage over time effect at level 10 Arrow Rain Lv3, Chr-Lv 60 Mastered at, 10 Fast Shot Increases the ASPD of bow-type weapons for a short duration. +50 ASPD each level. Lasts 1:25 minutes at level 10 Ice Arrow Lv3, Chr-Lv 65 Mastered at, 10 Piercing Arrow Shoots an arrow that can pierce through your target dealing damage. No special effects, just damage. Has a 3-second cooldown Flame Arrow Lv3, Chr-Lv 70 Mastered at, 10 Nature Increases your resistance against magic. Grants +75 resistance for 2 0 minutes at level 10Poison Arrow Lv3, Chr-Lv 70 Mastered at, 10 Triple Shot The Ranger's strongest damage skill. No special effects. Has an 8-second cooldown Fast Shot Lv4, Piercing Arrow Lv7, Chr-Lv 80 Mastered at, 10 Silent Arrow Silences your target. They are unable to cast spells within the duration. Lasts 15 seconds at level 10. Has a 10-second cooldown Nature Lv4, Chr-Lv 75 Mastered at, 10 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hunting tips. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Yoyo acros. Fight stuff that is 4-5 lvs higher than you, bring some potions, and for yoyo acros SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT! Even if you didn't pick a skill spamming build you are still gonna use them and most of them will save your life. the ones you wanna focus on leveling would be crossline dark illusion yoyo mastery and perfect block. Be sure to use dark illusion to get out of sticky situations. Bow acros. Fight stuff you feel confident about(my friend fights stuff 15 lvs higher than him hes full dex and always has a FS with him) I dont really have nice tips execpt get junk arrow maxed and bow mastery JUNK ARROW HITS 70% of THE TIME WHEN MAXED AND WITH THE EXTRA DMG YOU WILL BE ABLE TO KILL MUCH EASIER! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ that covers the acro class to my ability, I will still answer any questions posted here, and if you want help ingame or just wanna hang out I'm on the aibatt server mainly 2-2 my names are IMonKI and IJEstERI Please note that the I's are capital 'i's Post here any questions and I will answer to the best of my ability. you should probably post a bow jester guide too, seeing is they are getting more and more popular. hell, ive seen a yoyo ranger before....even tho they said it was just to prove something to his friends, i thought it was quite funny
anyway, plz dont use my bow jester guide. i would like to see what other ppl come up with..compare and contrast it. |

Yeh, I don't really know how a bow jester would go, though I know a good build for them is high dex and medium stam, like 56 stam rest dex.. Thats what this one bow jester used, I on the other hand have no clue what to add, cause I'm not that smart at the game yet, I just figured out what stats did what, and started building some builds so fellow acros dont have to search for hours..

always charge your shot to max on the first hit for some extra damage. Make sure that he always has a couple stacks of arrows. Make him get some STA He is gonna need it, I'm playing with a full dex bow on my bp and I just healed and buffed him. He still dies in 1 hit So STA is vital. Also make sure he has a lot of dex and lv junk arrow to its best, might be tedious but imagine it hitting 70% of the time. That is REALLY good for acros. always bring food and refreshers. thats bout it. just remember to acrobats skill leveling is harsh but you need to do it, acros rely on skills.
