Is there anything in guild wars like the raids in WoW? something you gotta group up for and what not.

Fissure of Woe and the such would be the equivalent, I would think. Haven't done much of the PvE stuff myself, to be honest, as I've never been part of a guild that does the sort, and finding a decent group without a guild would be a pain.
