My mother works at the airport at SFO (San Francisco Airport) and she get's free tickets to fly certain places. The company she works for just recently open a flight route to Japan and she has acquired free tickets this year. The other reason is because most of my entire family is interested in Japan be it the cuisine, the young pretty male actors in Japanese TV, anime, games, and culture.

Haha, yea that's what I keep hearing. My parents were the first ones to go to Japan last year at, Haukoni, I think that's what the region was called. From there they check out Akiba and other local places. In Akiba, they said it was an interesting place because every few meters they walk there were always people singing in the streets. They also said that there a lot かなり少女 in weird costumes advertising in front of certain stores every where.
