Wow, that's a pretty messed up project. If this is for a grade, I highly reccomend you change the poll choices. It would be better to use:
1-2 times a day
2-4 times a day
4-5 times a day
More than 6 times a day
Less than 1 time a day
Even people without teeth have to clean their dentures, you know...
