One of the earlier things were that your character was going to develop as you gained Reknown in RvR. Think more muscles, increased demonic/angelic appearance, hair growing, scars showing up, etc... However, it's not been in any beta phase and as far as I know it's been removed even from dev conversations. I wouldn't expect it to be added to the game. Was a nice little bonus in Fable though, so would have been cool in WAR.
