Unlike in PSP G, they designed the game that you cannot solo everything...since they have way too much HP! Especially with low level weapons without adrenaline or sleep bombs. The problem is running out of time even before weakening stuff, not the difficulty of the monster itself. ^^
Go play with lowbie TailWhip guildies if you don't like to play with random strangers :P
