There's a condition called Asperger's Syndrome that causes social awkwardness and it's on the autism spectrum.

I'm crazy, dramatic/fragile up and downs. Could be the symptoms of any mental illness really.
Maybe PMS.

Other random bits: paranoia, awkwardness, constant need to force-continue conversations.
