Anyone ever lose a wallet or anything with a lot of cash possession? I just lost a wallet with about 300$ and a 100$ best buy gift card just 30 minute ago at the mall. I was buying something for my mom for mother day.......

Well a fanny pack does solve this due to the "wallet" always being snapped on to your butt.

But people don't think it's cool to be safe!

Nope.

Worst thing I ever lost was a lens cap for a camera while I was traveling. I did not bring a spare along on the trip, so I had to tap upon my inner MacGyver and use a hairband and a lens cloth and a sock to protect it during the trick. The lens is fine, too, hooray!

Anyway, my condolences for the loss of your hard-earned cash.

...I was wearing sweatpants and I was holding on to my wallet. I guess I must have drop it when I was picking out something for my mom and someone else picked it up.
Edit: It was actually really hard earn considering I don't have a job...>_<...And I'm 14 (and a half lol)

why did you have 300$ in your wallet anyway, isnt that kind of alot of cash to be walking round with?

It happened to my mother once, she had her info inside and someone mailed it back to her. She was lucky but this might give you some hope my friend.

I didn't have any info inside, just money. And I was planning on buying something really nice for my mom thats why I had alot of money.

It's usually a good idea to have some form of identification inside your wallet in case the person who finds it is a well-bred moral sort who will return it to you.

Just hope that the person who finds it is not a crazy stalker serial killer who sees your identification and realizes based on the information there that you fit the bill to be stalked and killed and that YOU'RE NEXT!

well somebody might hand it in, you never know.

me and a friend once found a womans handbag with cash and a phone and a ton of other stuff in it which we gave to the police. you might get lucky.
