Does anybody know when the WT Event is coming back? It's when you can transfer to another server for free for a limited period of time.

World transfer events are only around when servers are either over populated or under populated. I don't think there will be an event unless one of these things happened. There have been servers that have recently allowed transfer to other worlds, but only because they were over populated (odin and i think bahamut server).
