I have a drug test to take on june 20 wich is next month and im a heavy smoker and i weight over 200 pounds so i pretty much have a month to get clean is it enough time to get the weed out my system or does it take longer than a month ?

If you have a lot of body fat and are a heavy toker...I'd say a month would be PUSHING IT.

I heard if you drink a lot of Cranberry juice it gets out of your system faster. Try that?

The only real remedy is time.

Edit: I dunno about what Z0mbie posted. I doubt it works.

Also, tell us who the test is for. Parents? School? Work? Military? They all have different degrees of how serious the test is.

I think these are the only threads I could find on the issue. Try a search for drugs test and see what comes up, but those are the only threads I could see in plain sight.

Odds are they won't even watch you pee, so just get someone elses man.

Also; the ones your work is going to use are super cheap ones...you won't have to worry about all those levels of different chemicals in your pee. Unless you are working for something serious. If its like Walmart or something just use apple juice lmao.

Is for a construction company im not too nervous cause i have a month and a few days so im thinking ima buy one of them $10 test to see where i stand b4 the test and ima start going to the gym ima see if sweating out helps loose some fat.

Good call. Take the test 3 days before the other one. It shouldn't be too hard to get some clean urine before your test if it still is positive.
