To spend 100 bucks on a single PC upgrade, you have to be :
A. Dependant of your parents for everything you need in life, which is a bad thing when you're over 16 years old and can actually have a job
B. Employed by a big company and get paid way over the minimum amount
C. Starve for days to save up for it
