Rubies of Eventide was old as hell and had a bunch of nice classes. I suggest that if you can find it, I'm not even sure its still around.

Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst has Human, Hunter, and Force. Then has 12 races.

I thought it was Force, not Focus. Anyway, I'd recommend Dark Ages. http://www.darkages.com
You start as a Peasant, and at Lv5 I think it is, you get to pick a class (Warrior, Rogue, Wizard, Monk). Then after you hit Lv99, and if you pay the registration fee ($9.99) or (10m gold in-game, considering people sell registration codes like mad, and most of them are legit.) you can either sub-class and pick another class to master and get to Lv99 again with, or you can go to Master and be a pure class (Pure Monks are frowned upon, even by some of the monsters in the game.)
Then, you get to do four main quests for your Grand Master gear, and then the exp grinding begins. You grind exp and trade it for HP, which you can trade for stat points. (Each point = 150 HP. EXP:HP is dependant on how much your base HP is.) And after you've maxed all your stats, or at least the important ones, you get to grind more exp for HP/MP. (EXP Grinding really isn't a problem if you don't mind being in a bright-green area for hours, or a darkish brown building, considering there really only are two places you can effectively grind.) After you've collected about 20k HP/MP, it's time to grind another 250m EXP to get your Medenian class (Summoner = Wizard, Gladiator = Warrior, Druid = Monk, Archer = Rogue.) Then you get to grind AP (Ability Points, considering after you've gotten your Medenian class, all that really matters is your AB level.)

And after you've gotten AB7 or AB12, I forget which, you go to.. I can't remember the place right now, but mobs there give EXP and AB, and I've maxed out my exp bar there plenty times in the past, but, the game is pretty nerfed for my class IMHO, so I don't play any more, but if you decide to give it a go, I recommend making a Wizard/Priest, or Priest/Wizard. You'll get parties like mad.

Just a guesstimate.
