Sweepers:
In this world there are outcasts, that everyone hates, no one wants to be around expect other rejects, why do they even exist? That's where we come in, those rejects that society hates we take care of them, no one even notices their gone. The government made a program called: Project297 file zero. This project was made to "clean up" society, the dirty hands that worked the project were called sweepers. Sweepers, find, kill, and clean up the outcasts. 1994, a case gone bad, the goverment had been tracking a female that was causing 'disturbance's' all over, they finally got her pinned down in a alley. She was smart and waited until they called for back up then started to cause so much sound someone came outside, she began to cry and hold her arm yelling "someone call 911! Their trying to kill me!" they people soon dialed 911 and she soon escaped. Not even in days she went to the press, she caused the goverment to shut down project297 file zero. Sweepers created their own society and began all over to slowly take out rejects.

Escapes, are nothing more than average people, well when they want to be. Escapes usually have something society calls a Taboo or mutation. The ones with taboo are normal they just act different than most people, and society wants them dead. Ones with mutations, yeah well, they are the freaks, they have certain 'powers.' Some can do something people only dream about, some are just down right assholes with their powers, ether way sweepers want them dead. Ever since 1950 project297 file zero has been out, 1994 they were shut down due to a legendary girl names Amaya Cross. 1995 they re-opened, well with out the government funding. Escapes sometimes travel in groups. This is the story of a group the fourmed not long ago, maybe just last year 2018. This group calls themselves, The Raindrops Of Society.

RULES FOR MUTANTS:
If you can fly: Only for short distances(Mile at most outside!) Inside only floating.
Fire/Water/Wind/Earth: Able to use with using up much energy. Must rest for one post. Also, if you control fire; no water. Or Earth; no air. You can't have to opposites
And so on? I hope you get my drift. NO GODING!

The Raindrops Of Society
Name: Anko Amamari
Age: 17
Weapons: Anko always carries a small pistol with her.
Powers: Anko is a shape shifter, she can forum into anything she wants, this only lasts for around 20 minutes and takes a whole lot out of her. Also she can control fire, for short times maybe for less than two minutes and can cause burns on her hands. Anko heals faster than most humans, so burns turn into scars quickly. Anko can also shift in a wolf/lynch forum that can last to up to an hour.
Personality: Anko is very bold and brave. She likes to go off on her own, yet she joined the Rains drops because she wants to beat the system with a passion. Also Anko loves to talk. Also, no matter how much fire has saved her Anko loves water so much more. ANko is usually a joyful person to be around
Bio: Anko has had a rough life. She was raised by her 'Mother' who soon tried to kill Anko when she was five. Her powers started to show when she was four, her mother trained her yet one day just pulled a knife and Anko had to burn her mother to save her life. Anko has been a lone wolf ever since.

Name: David Spire
Age: 14
Weapons: His mind.
Powers: He is able to send out brain frequencys to cause great pain to those who are fighting, and, when surrounded and about to die, he can transfer his feelings of fear to his assilants and magnify it.

Aswell as transferring his emotions and emitting painfull frequencys of thought, he is able to move objects with his mind. However, this is limited. Sometimes, if cornered he can blast a car at someone, sending it hurling - but that is his limit, and he would most likeley faint from exhaustion.

Personality:He is shy, and concealed. He doesn't quite understand his powers, and even fears himself.

Bio: David grew up in a small town off the outskirts of london (Presuming this is in 'Earth'?), he was allways seen as a freak. And was bullied for it - one day, he was assaulted by a bully, and sent him flying into a wall. Breaking the child's neck.

From then, he had allways been running from the sweepers, wanting to seek a normal life. Wanting to get away, wanting to understand again. And wanting to pick up the broken pieces of his life.

Appearance: He is tall, and broad-shouldered. He has messy, brown hair and deep-set eyes that are blue, with green around the oddly large irises. He has full lips, and his nose has a rather large bump in the middle. Giving him a misfit-like appearance.

He tends to wear a loose, brown top and blue, faded jeans. Along with, hastily put on at the time, black "School Shoes". He had no other alternative, s he was running.

Uses many, mainly swords
Powers:
Can create weapons out of thin air.
Also knows how to use telekinesis.
Can move objects
Personality: Cocky, kind, manipulative, tricky, and jokes around a lot.
Bio: His father was a sweeper, and trained Angelo in hopes of him being a sweeper one day. One day his powers began to manifest. His father hid Angelo's powers from the world to protect him. One day they found out however and ordered his father to kill him. During the night in a training session his father attacked him with a killing intent. Angelo managed to hold his own. In the end his father left a huge opening in the end purposely. Angelo had seriously injured him, and told him to run away as far as he can. Before he left he was given his fathers sword.

Anko sat on the cold concrete wishing that someone, anyone would walk down the subway tunnel and see her sitting on this dug out shelve. For some odd reason Anko came to New York and decided to hide in a subway tunnel that had been shut down due to a cave in. Anko wrapped her arms around her knees and sat her chin on them, "Next time I'm going to somewhere whit a forest so I can go for a jog."

Powers: The Power of Freezing Time For Two Seconds For Him To Move Freely and The Power To See In The Dark
Personality: Thorn is quiet and personal. He will carry on a nice conversation if tempted but is very sigh. He uses his powers secretly usually not in the open (Except people don't notice the night eyes one). He is funny and nice, charming to girls and others.
Bio:Thorn was born in the Suberbs and led a normal life till He turned 15 and things changed...He acted smarter...better...stronger. His powers borke out. A while after Men in Black came to look for him at school. He was walking in the halls when informed they were there and escaped. He was then helped by a secret group and stayed hidden...His powers helped with that a lot.
Appearance:Light and kinda short. White with dark green eyes. Short calm spiky hair. Athlete body kinda, not weak or buff. He wears simple regualar cloths mostly.

Anko morphed into a lycan and ran down the subway tunnel until she got to the cave in area. Anko returned to human forum and wiggled herself through a hole in between to rocks. Anko climbed up a ladder a few feet away. Reaching a dark street of New York Anko climbed out of the man hole and sealed it back up. A shady figure walked on top of the building and Anko feared it was a sweeper.

Thorn danced through the streets of New York city and breathed in the air. He was almost rushes fore He was worried a sweeper was around. He accidentally ran into a pretty looking girl that appeared out of no where. Then He spotted the manhole below Her and sighed in relief. "Sorry..." He sighed "I'm kinda rushed you see...." He explained trying to patch things up.

Anko hoped he didn't notice the manhole was open behind her, she couldn't tell if he was a sweeper or a normal person. "Don't worry about it, I am too." Anko stepped to the side and started to walk away quickly, she blushed as she walked his deep set green eyes had a sexy feel to them. Hurrying she reached the corner of the alley and looked back at him.

"Cool, well bye and be safe" He sighed as if something was left unsaid. He cast a cool calm glance back at Her and walked away. He fell through a hole. He sputtered at wiped himself off embarrassed and confused.
