Tara felt something poking at her subconsciousness, and realized it was someone trying to reach her. She would know that voice anywhere, they used to use telepathy when they were little, when Tara was alone and scared.
It's Ben! Where has that guy gone? hmph.. well, I'll just listen to him and stay where I am... don't wanna get lost out here..
She messaged him back, saying,
Ok, I hear ya. Just get your butt back here as soon as you can! Jack and I were worried there...

"Got it! This way." Ben wanted to take off sprinting, but he was afraid Latona could not follow that fast. So he tried to walk normally, but he wanted to see Tara and Jack again. He decided something, fast. "Latona, how bout I carry you over to my friends?"

"O-Ok...." Latona mumbled. Ben picked her up and ran tword the mental signal, jumping over logs and dodging trees. He finally saw fire and slowed down. He walked twords it, Latona still in his arms. He saw Jack and Tara, and realized how awkward this must be for Latona.

"Uhh...Hi guys, this is Latona, I met her in the woods, she has magical powers and ran away from a kidnapper. Latona, this is Tara and Jack." Ben set Latona down, slowly.

"H-Hi..." Latona said as she was looking at her shoes.

((OOC: Ben, are you referring to season 1 or 2? Oooh, definately season 1. That scene is so cute.~ Um, don't really have much to do until either Cyr or Nel responds to Niola and Azzeriah. :/ ))

Nel laid there, staring up at the ceiling, unable to sleep due to all the banging and voices all around. She wanted to get up, and tell Niola to settle down, but at the same time, what if they were the henchmen of the person responsable for this mess?

So she decided to just lay there until the noises got closer, and then she heard an unknown voice, "Uhm...hi?"

Nel also literally jumped out of her bed, and glared at Niola hazily, "Just because you're on night watch doesn't mean you can---" she then turned to the new girl, "Oh...Umm...Hi?" Then, after taking a closer look at her, turned back to Niola, "Whats with her? And why is she covered in bumps and bruises?"

Niola smiled awkwardly at Nel. She seemed a bit annoyed at the fact that she was awakened from her slumber, which was probably one of the hardest things to overcome. Still, Niola was glad one of the two woke up. It would be strange to enter a room with everyone sleeping after seeing a path of dead bodies. Well, that was what happened, but Nel was kind enough to wake up, so the mood changed a bit. Hoping to make the situation more pleasing to be in, Niola decided to introduce Azzeriah to Nel.

"Nel, this is Azzeriah," Niola instroduced before answering Nel's questions. "She was wondering around in the academy when I found her. Remember, a lot of people died in this school, so anyone would find it difficult to walk around without panicking a bit, especially if they were unaware of what took place as well as we do."

As Niola explained Azzeriah's reason for her condition, she slowly made her way across the room to Nel. As the last sentence left her lips, Niola sat down as close to Nel as possible. Then she murmured the following, appearing to have sighed to anyone else so that only Nel could hear the statement:

"Plus she's somewhat blind..."

Then she eyed Nel with a "dont-blurt-anything-out" expression before standing up and stretching. Trying to not seem suspicious, Niola walked over to the window and pretended to survey the grounds for intruders. However, her mind was elsewhere, and, instinctively, she tilted her head towards the sky. It was later than it was before, yet the sky already had a light tinge of light spreading from the far horizon and outword. That meant even more time passed since they had seen the remainder of their friends.

"I hope they are alright..."

((OOC: Has anyone noticed the change in Niola? She went from being distant and perky around everyone to closer and more open to everyone. O: Now, Ima play some DDR and possibly pass out! ))

David sat on the large rock in the woods and felt very tired. His eyes began to flutter and he yawned. adjusted his jeans and he layed down on the large rock. He got out one of his knives and he started to look at it. He began to flick at the knife and little sparks of electricity kept on sparking and flashing. he giggled and he put the knife away. He was so satisfied when he used his special powers. He didn't want to tell his family because he thought that they would think he is odd or strange. He slightly frowned at the thought and he looked up.
He began to pray and as he closed his eyes, he seemed to smell a fire. He thought that it was is elder gods greeting him and he smiled. When he was done praying he looked down from the rock and saw some leaves. He ripped them off and he put them under his head. He layed his head down and he took a deep breath and he smelled the fire again. He opened his eyes as he heard somebody speak, but it sounded muffled and quiet throught the trees.
He sat up and he rubbed his eyes. He squinted and he could see a flickering light.
Campfire, eh? David thought to himself as he grinned. He knew that they might have food and that was an open shot for a meal. He leaped down from the rock and he looked around. He saw a frog with it's belly inflated and a bunny in the distance. With his foot, he slid it around the dirt and he made a small hole. He put a few leaves in the hole, and he closed his eyes. He did a small prayer and instantly he began to spray water out of his wrists. He filled the hole with water and he smiled.
He loved to play with animals in the forest and he almost had gotten backtracked. He looked up and saw the flickering fire, and then he looked down at the frog. It hopped into the water and it made a loud ribbet noise. He withdrew his dagger and he put on a serious face as he took the dagger and squeezed it tightly. He ran through the tree's and he looked to make sure he wouldn't step on anything that what set a booby trap off.
He had encountered one before and he used his dagger to cut out from the net that had been thrown apon him. He looked up and saw the light getting closer. As it got brighter and brighter, he began to slow down. He holted to a stop as he saw a couple people sitting around a fire. Time for a late night meal... David said as he grinned. David could hear a girl that sounded terribly worried and shy. He began to feel bad as he was thinking about the food.
He looked around through the trees but saw no food. David merely wanted to greet himself but he thought that he would startle them. He thought about what he would do but he felt shy. He decided to go up to them and just hope for the best. As he was going to present himself, he saw a couple young men with weapons. He thought to himself, What if they are robbers or kidnappers, and they art keeping the girl hostage? David began to get worried, but he knew what to do. He held his dagger tight and he jumped out of the trees, and he held the blade under one of the young mens chins. "All right take your weapons that you have and drop them! Let that poor girl go!" He recapped what he had said about the girl and felt foolish, still not noing if she was a hostage or not.

((The "young men" that I have the dagger under is Ben. Nothing against you Ben! xD))

She nodded her head politely without speaking and narrowed her eyes at Niola I heard that...I'm graceful in combat. Jeez she thought angrily. Her eyes flashing.
She felt somewhat out of place so she leaned against a wall and took out a lighter from the inside of the black cape she wore, draped over her shoulders.

"If you don't mind me asking. Why are there so many dead bodies? The smell is putrid. Burning them would be so much easier than just leaving them around..." she said quietly and directed her eyes downward.

Tara jumped as she saw a boy somewhere around her age jump out of the bushes, and say,
"All right take your weapons that you have and drop them! Let that poor girl go!" and what the funny part is, she wasnt a hostage....
ha. nice going trying to act all gallant, dude. oh man... he's really stupid...he's in for it now... she thought just as the boy held a dagger to Ben's throat.

((OOC: Aww, I meant for that to not be heard by Azzeriah. D: Jeez, no matter what I do, I think that by the end of all this, Azzeriah will come to hate Niola. ._. On a side note, I like Zero as well. ))

Niola felt the air around her tighten, and a negative aura seemed to pass from Azzeriah and spread throughout the room. For some reason, she felt like the mild loathing came from something she said. Not able to get her mind off of it, Niola turned her head slowly around, only to be met with piercing, reddish purple hues. Startled, Niola snapped her head back to its original position, tilted towards the window. It was around that time that her ears actually heard the comment Azzeriah made, which kind of shocked her.

"Well, if we burn them all, the smell of death might get mixed in with the flames, and burning flesh isn't exactly better than the odor of death itself." Niola didn't turn around, not wanting to stare into glaring eyes again. Instead, she kept her voice very mellow and calm, yet clear enough to slice through the night breeze that would rapidly speed up at times.

"Besides, this room seems to block out most of the vile scent of the corpses, due to there being a rather large window here."

All the while Niola said all this, her eyes kept skimming across the landscape below. Something had caught her eye before, but it was too faint for her vision to focus on it. Biting her lip, Niola leaned closer, only to realize that she was about to fall. Muttering to herself, she instantly felt a rush of wind spiral around her body and she hovered a bit above the ruptured window. That's when her golden eyes spotted what appeared to be a reddish orange glow barely spitting its tiny embers high enough for those on eye level to see from the academy. However, because they were higher up and Niola could gaze diagonally down at it, she was able to just barely make out what she believed to be a fire.

"Everyone, I think there may be some survivors in the distance...or enemies."

Once they got back to the fortress, Dzi slumped against the wall, in the big room. Raynye walked over to him, and looked at him seriously. I gotta watch him Raynye thought to himself. "Ves... the report". Ves walked over and explained everything to him. "Alright" he said calmly. "I am going to report this to Malvir. Stay here with Dzi and wait for my orders" He commanded Ves. The usual calm mannered man, looked agitated. Ves walked back to Dzi carrying a web cloth and placed it on his head. They already knew what their orders were going to be. Dzi decided that his best bet would be to rest and wait for the orders. If they were going to confront the students, he wanted to be there.


(Im backkkkk. I wish Kain would come back. I kinda needed him, but I guess I can change my story up)
