Well ive been trying to find a long anime for a few days but i cant find anything with more then 100 episodes.

So i'm wondering are there any still out there?

Something with a story where a person gets new powers, or trains or something xD, with atleast 100 episodes.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn.

The name's butchered. But yeah its pretty good. Like all long animes it gets pretty good at episode 16 ish.

It's the story about a top assassin from the Meiji restoration "Himura Kenshin". In the Meiji era he starts a journey to atone for his past sins, he meets people in his travels, grows stronger, the usual stuff. The series is also followed by one of the best OVA there is.

hmmmm sorta long if u watch OVA and normal Hellsing is a great series
berserk i can't remember how many episodes that had but thats there
if you can stand reading claymores really good the animes goodish but screwed up and i don't think they'll be making season 2
code geass is pretty good
gundam wings are good though not really super powers but they obtain giant robots D:
Rurouni Kenshin is good
sadly fate stay night was only like 20-30 episodes long i loved that series ; ;

I think naruto has more than 100
not sure about bleach but I think it does too
FMA only has 52 but brotherhood is still coming out and it's the best story I've ever seen
Gundam Seed is only like 50 but then there's destiny, not sure how long that is
I think Inu Yasha had more than 100 EPs

or this is totally out of the blue, but the Eragon books are really good and a lot like what you're looking for if you like to read

Its about the mafia.
And basically a baby (which is actually a man but...yeah spoils -.-) comes to a kids door saying hes the next leader of the Vongola (mafia family name) family.
So he at first says he doesn't want to do it, but the baby forces him and along the way his friends join his family and start gaining powers.
