It's an error that happens occasionally. Try another key provider or make a new account and try that.

I try it with two accounts and I don't get any key... what should I do? I want one key for the item

You guys should try being logged in for a while then opening the reward link into a new tab and it might work for you. I did it and I got a key. o.o

Same problem here...
There is no other provider for the item, its one item per website.

Fix this please.
