I've gotten banned for the second time now, so it doesn't look bright for foreign prius gamers, maybe the only way to not get banned is by using a japanese IP.

There is no english patch. The quests are easy enough that you can do it without a guide. Follow the map, kill, check inventory for quest items, match names.

I believe that is an korean quest guide if you want it.

I have no idea how to use IPs and such. So, I guess I can't play.

Though, my second account is able to login, it probably will get banned eventually.

Well, sometimes foreign MMOs will block overseas IPs. It could be for several reasons, like lag, if we're rude to anyone(I don't think this is the case, but in some other foreign games, foreigners tend to be rude/obnoxious in public), or it could be part of their ToS that you must be a resident of Japan.
