Perhaps instead of giving the key out directly on the website someone could email the key to us? As in instead of entering only log in info we can also enter in an email address for the key to be sent to.

Doesn't sound like much of a hassle and would solve the Sorry, you already have a key! error.

I hope someone does something about this, it is so frustrating having to make a new account just to try again.

Emailing keys would be great, that way we can't 'lose it' by accidently closing our windows.

But we can 'lose it' by putting a wrong email.

Snowbunnies makes a good point. Really, they need to credit it to your account, and make an area where you can retrieve your codes then. Would that really be such a bad thing?

A system is being create to alleviate this issue. I cant give anymore information at this time though. It has been brought to our attention many times.
