SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience developing online or multiplayer games.
6+ years professional C++/Java or Lingo development experience.
Experience including multithreaded, 3D Engine, Shader's, Physics, Animation, UI, memory/resource management and AI.
Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including best practices.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a member of a team and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Prioritization abilities and ability take ownership of issues and task.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or mathematics

BONUS POINTS
MS degree in computer science.
Shockwave/Director/Lingo experience
Experience with test driven development and patterns.
Experience with agile development
Proven proficiency in technical documentation

Bad idea to post this here. I'm the development moderator, and I'm only an undergraduate in SOEN, with about 4 years experience in C++. I seriously doubt you'll find anyone as qualified as you're asking. Try www.gamedev.net, you'll most likely get a much more enthusiastic reception.

Though if you do have a position that requires less experience, however, you might want to post it here; maybe an internship of some sort? It's possible you might get a response then.
