Introduction

Hello! Welcome to the GG guide (lol). This guide will hopefully assist a few hunters in obtaining the oh so valuable and sought after gem, 강력주. Of course, the guide will cover what items you'll need to buy, where and how you get them, and also how to arrange your gallery. Please follow the steps carefully and always check whether or not you're doing thing correctly. The process is nonrefundable and is often the cause of MHFO poverty. I would like to recommend only those owning well around 500,000 zenny or more to attempt obtaining this gem. Keep in mind that the gem is not 100% obtainable through this guide, and will not be for quite some time until 4.0 comes out. Feel free to comment or ask questions on this thread, or PM me in game if the question is urgent. Otherwise, enjoy the guide.

Shops

Stamp Upgrading
First, we'll need to purchase several cat stamp upgrades before even thinking about entering gallery contests for gems.

You'll need to collect quite a bit of stamps to upgrade from 1-3 star. Here's the cheapest and most efficient way of gathering stamps.

The Cat Barrel can be found in the Extras (create) -> Floor tab. You'll need to create them in quantities of 10, so make sure you stock up on the required items beforehand. Refer to the shop section in for the items.

Cat Barrel Requirements
2 작은 술통 (Purchasable)
2 철광석 (Mining)
2 개다래 (Purchasable)

Buying the Furniture

Create Tab

Next we'll begin creating the baskets for our gallery, using the materials you can purchase from the shops above.

Note: You'll only need 9 in your gallery, but purchasing 10 leads to an extra Stamp.

10 Small Fruit Basket(s)
(6000z)
50 속빈 열매 (Purchasable)
10 화약초 (Purchasable)

1 Large Fruit Basket (800z)
10 속빈 열매 (Purchasable)
2 수면초 (Purchasable)

Buy Tab

Afterward, we want to buy the following materials rather create.

9 Blue Lamp (30240z)

1 Red Lamp
(3360z)

10 White Food Trays (25200z)

Arranging the Gallery

Entering the contest

You want to purchase this from the Stamp Upgrades first so that you can check whether or not you're eligible to win a Gallery Gem.

If you check and your Gallery scores around 60,000 to 80,000 points, then you should go ahead and enter the contest. As you can see, I scored 65217 points.

Next, you want to go back outside and purchase this gallery contest ticket from the Stamp Upgrades. Re-enter your Gallery to see it wiped out. Return to the man and select Receive Reward, if all goes well, you should see a gem labeled 강력주. If not, you won it's counter-part which increases defensive stats instead. You should see two other gems as well, they range from various elemental resistance gems.

Conclusion

This is possibly the easiest way I can explain Gallery Gems on written text. It's a very long and excruciating process that may become more stressful it positive results aren't shown. However, keep in mind that most end tier sets only require 6-8 of these gems. Survive until that and you're good as set for the rest of your hunting career.

ok few questions;

Could you explain the first 3 options?
from my udnerstanding its
'check score'
'enter exhibition for reward'
'same as above but "G"'

all i know is you get different rewards in G.. so whats better to pick?
because i received around 84000 points .. and received some Ticket in the exhibition G mode..

(actually foudn this link before my gallery which i figured about the exhibition )

2nd question; i need to add this to mhfn00bs website.. can i [quote] your work or would you rather copy paste your post there

tnx

P.S tnx for giving me credits at the end

I don't mind personally, whatever suits you. Also, Check Score is to tally up the points your Gallery as accumulated from the furniture you've placed. Enter exhibition refers to entering the Gallery Contest, the G version gives better rewards but in this case the % of receiving 강력주 is the same. Also, I should of mentioned there's exactly a 50% chance of getting the gem.

EDIT:

A much cheaper alternative has been found, where instead of paying 65600z you pay 32520z.

Here's a guide on it:
http://blog.naver.com/cksdn591?Redir...No=10044659948

Note: This method is cheaper but you have to farm small bones and Velocidrome hides per Gallery Gem. So for farming for materials you get in return a 30K expense. Depending on the financial situation of the hunter, this may as well be a better alternative, although it does require iron ores as well...

Unless you're confident you got in between 60,000 points to 79,999, then yeah, pretty much.

There are certain times you get under 60,000 points though, and it's not worth losing well around 60K for. Which is why I recommend it just to be on the safe side. xd
