Brolly is legendary not even the z fighters could take him down . Naruto would get killed by brolly if you seen the movie about brolly.

Know why? Because they are both retarded, they also happen to suck very hard.

Lastly I believe that inuyashsa had some ***...thing his sword does that releases a demon's power on itself so Naruto couldn't use Fox unless he wanted to die...so...yah =/

More than likely someone who doesn't suck dick would just jump into the fight and pwn them both.
