Nicely written and well thought out. Tho I would have titled it differently since it cover far more than just melee.

Range tank:

(P2P)

99 ranged (or as high as possible)
99 defence (or as high as possible)
1 everything else
Use rune knives

Only thing i would actually change would add is dargon darts over rune knives if you have the cash.

Also many in this build find 44 prayer very usefull.
