after exiting la tale, my computer cannot restart or shut down. my desktop is not changed and does not take me to the shutting down screen. i was still able to interact with my desktop, but i cant open any thing like my web browser, command prompt, anything. not even task manager. i tried looking in task manager but i did not see x trap or la tale's process(or are they given different name). this problem only occurs after i play la tale. if i did not play la tale at all, it shut downs/restarts perfectly. is there any troubleshooting advice out there? thanks.
